Description:
The training event will focus on the specific issues related to on the job training looking into the exisiting practises within the European Judicial Training Network. The main perspective is the result- oriented training in the context of the 21st century. Learning to learn through mentoring, coaching, e-coaching, supervision, co-vision groups is that proposal which would enable the participants to find their pathways within the process of network developments in the judiciary.
The seminar general objectives are the following:
The participants should be able :
- To get a general perspective on how to ensure a result - oriented training in the 21st century;
- To exchange experience on the good practices within the European Judicial Training Network;
- To extend understanding on the ways of developing personal learning agility through mentoring, supervision, coaching, co-vision groups, etc.
- To practice the video-based feedback for better performance;
- To get familiar with e-coaching;
- To look into specific developmental issues network-wise.
