Presidents/chief prosecutors' exchanges

Focusing on issues such as media and influence on juridisdiction, Information and Communication technologies, HR and Financial management, exchanges for court presidents and chief prosecutors allow judicial leaders to shape their leadership and management skills. 

HOW TO APPLY?

Interested? To take part, you must apply to the annual Exchange Programme call for applications (every autumn). Read the dedicated call for applications page to keep updated about exchange opportunities under the Exchange Programme.

ARE YOU A PARTICIPANT?

BEFORE THE ACTIVITY
Participant

At the latest 1 month before the starting date of the activity, the participant must:

  1. Read the Financial Conditions and the Frequently Asked Questions

  2. Make his/her travel arrangements

  3. Complete the online registration form on the EJTN Exchange Programme platform (by using the individual link received by e-mail)

  4. Check with his/her employer that he/she will remain covered during the whole training period by the social security scheme applicable to the concerned national administration and that the latter will support the health expenses incurred abroad

  5. Make sure that he/she is insured against accident, death and invalidity risks
DURING THE ACTIVITY
Participant

The Participant shall respect the terms and conditions of the programme (training schedule, content).
AFTER THE ACTIVITY
Participant

Within 1 month after the activity, the participant must:

  1. Complete the online expense claim form and upload the travel evidence on the EJTN Exchange Programme platform ((by using the individual link received by e-mail)
  2. Complete the online evaluation form for court presidents and chief prosecutors' exchanges
  3. Send the ORIGINALS OF TRAVEL EVIDENCE to EJTN’s Finance Unit: European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) - Finance Unit, Exchanges for court presidents and chief prosecutors- c/o Aziza Boussouab - Rue du Commerce 123 B-1000 Brussels - Belgium*
EJTN

Within 3 months after the end of the activity and provided all requested documents have been received, EJTN makes the final payment to the participant.

* EJTN secretariat strongly recommends the participants to keep a copy of all the original documents sent.
