Activities

The Exchange Programme is destined for, inter alia, judges, prosecutors and court staff at all levels and all courts (civil, criminal, and administrative), future judges and prosecutors as well as judicial trainers of the EU Member States. Judiciary Learning Grant Programme:
The Judiciary Learning Grant Programme allows EU Member State judges, prosecutors and judicial trainers the autonomy to self-identify and create individualised learning opportunities.

Long-term training periods at the ECtHR, the CJEU and Eurojust:
Long-term training periods allow participants to become acquainted with the work, procedures and decisions of the hosting bodies. 

Study visits in European courts and organisations:
Study visits are organised in the European courts (CJEU and ECtHR), EU agencies (Eurojust and FRA) and European and international organisations (EU institutions, HCCH). 

AIAKOS Programme for future and early career judges and prosecutors:
The AIAKOS Programme aims to raise the awareness of future and early-career judges and prosecutors for the European dimension of their (future) work. Find out more about the AIAKOS Programme in each Member State.
