The ordinary Danish Courts comprise the Supreme Court, two High Courts and 24 district courts as well as the Land Registration Court and the Maritime and Commercial Court. There are no special administrative courts. Furthermore, there are the judiciary in the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

The Court Administration is an independent state unit headed by a Board of Governors and a Director. The administration of the judiciary includes administration of appropriations, general personnel administration (responsible for training of all personnel at the judiciary), technology support and accommodation administration.

The training section of the Court Administration consists of five people.

The budget of the training section is approximately 2 million euro.
